Eating healthy can give us all the mental and physical strength we need to live healthy lives. For me, that means eating organic, no GMOs, no dairy, lots of fruits and vegetables, and natural foods never artificial.
For some, that may sound boring, but it’s helped me heal my body so I can live a more stress-free, pain-free life.

Daily Exercise/Physical Fitness
We’ve heard experts tell us for years that exercising or a consistent form of physical activity is good for your health. But is it true? Absolutely it is! How do I know? I’ve always exercised or had some type of physical activity in my life; whether it be dancing, roller skating or the typical routine schedule of activities in the gym; I’ve always moved my body in some capacity to keep it fit and healthy.
Here are 9 reasons to adopt daily exercise habits.
Controls body fat/weight
Controls mood swings
Improves your sex drive
Increases your energy
Combats health conditions and diseases (i.e. high blood pressure, anxiety, arthritis, depression, type 2 diabetes, stroke, and many other ailments)
Boosts your memory
Improves your sleep
Improves your overall immune system...
Of course, there are more reasons not listed above to incorporate exercise in your day-to-day regiment. Maybe you don't know where to start! Maybe you think it's too late and you're too far gone to do any better! Perhaps you even think you're already doing the best you can!
